how are fees paid?

For all classes for children, fees are paid by term. Payment plans available.
Adult classes can be paid casually or by term.

do i need a uniform?

All child students of Rhapsody are required to wear full ballet uniform, including hair in a bun (for female students).
Adults wear active wear.
 

what happens if my child misses a class?

All students are welcome to participate in another class of the same standard to make up any missed lessons. This must be done in the same term as the class/es missed and notification must be given before missed class.
 

do you offer trials?

YES! Contact us now to arrange your trial class.
 

do you have any additional payments?

All students pay a once off registration fee of $28 upon enrollment.
Exams and performances incur extra costs.
 

can boys do ballet?

Of course! Pas de deux would be quite difficult without a strong male ballet dancer. Boys can improve their balance, co-ordination, flexibility and strength through ballet lessons.
Did you know that some AFL teams do “secret” ballet classes to improve their skills on the field! Famous action movie star and martial artist, Jean-Claude Van Damme is a trained ballet dancer. When asked about his ballet training, he said; “Ballet is an art, but it’s also one of the most difficult sports”.
